You need to know that the fruit is useful for body health. Identical fruits with tasty and fresh taste. However there are some fruit that has huge benefits for our body. So, for the sake of the health of the body, start eating a good start from now on.

Fruits of berry like strawberry, blackberry, blaueberry, and rasberry fruit that is very beneficial to the health of your body because they contain anthocyanins. Anthocyanins serves to protect the cells in your body from free radicals which are very harmful to your body, it can significantly reduce blood pressure, further able to sharpen the vision of the eye, as well as suppressing the spread of cancer cells in your body are also able to prevent various diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular, and diabetes.

Apple has a very big role for the health of the body. Flavanoid found in apples serves to lower the risk of heart disease. For those of you who do not want to have high blood pressure and high blood sugar levels, consuming apples is the best solution you can do for your body’s health. The skin of the apples themselves contain Vitamin E, can rejuvenate the skin.

Next Fruit Grapefruit which is one of the variants from citrus fruits. Many who know that oranges contain vitamin C and lycopen. Lycopen function is to decrease the risk of heart disease, suppress tumor growth. The seventh Fruit is banana. Potassium in bananas have benefits to help lower blood pressure and protect your heart. Own a lot of Potassium contained in bananas. In addition to potassium, fructooligosaccharide on bananas is a prebiotic that can help improve your body’s ability to absorb various nutrients that the body needs. Then help good bacteria in the digestive tract is in the process of digestion of food on your body.
