What you need:

  • 400g flour (or 400g plain flour and 3 teaspoon baking powder).
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk.
  • 200g sugar.125 ml vegetable oil.
  • 100g chocolate chips.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 3 egg yolk.

How to do:

  • Mix the ingredients until combined.
  • Place into an air fryer that is pre-heated on 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
